By partnering with one of the internet’s most influential voices, the Emma Chamberlain x West Elm collab introduced the brand to a younger, Gen Z audience in an authentic and culturally relevant way. Through social content, campaign storytelling, and visually driven digital experiences, the collaboration positioned West Elm as a more approachable and expressive brand for a new generation of customers. Emma’s personal connection to design and her influence across platforms helped transform the collection from a product launch into a lifestyle moment, and pushed the Brand to explore new capabilities and expressions through all aspects of the collab.

The collaboration aimed to blend Emma’s personal aesthetic with West Elm’s design expertise. New capabilities were integrated into the site experience, and along with compelling campaign visuals we created a compelling and industry-disrupting campaign.
